The 2025 Ireland’s Strongest Man (ISM) contest occurred on May 5, 2025, in Belfast, Ireland. The single-day competition featured 16 athletes battling through five events: Bar Bending, Incline Log Press, Truck Arm-Over-Arm, Car Deadlift Hold, and Loading Race.

Ruairi O’Hagan scored the gold, claiming 68.5 of a possible 80 points. Cillein Groom ranked as the runner-up, 1.5 points behind O’Hagan, and Daniel McElroy rounded out the podium.
