Men’s Open Athletes to Watch
Fourteen athletes are in the Men’s Open show, but the three below are the favorites for the final callout:
Rubiel Mosquera
Mosquera will be riding a wave of momentum into this contest thanks to getting his first professional win at the 2025 FLEX Weekend Pro in Milan, Italy. He is playing with house money because he can block another competitor from the Olympia by winning this show, but he won’t lose his spot if he loses.
Nathan De Asha
Nathan De Asha is the defending champion. He felt his fourth-place finish at the 2025 Dubai Pro was unjustified and expressed as much in multiple interviews. He is aiming for gold in this contest; he was two ranks ahead of Mosquera in their previous matchup in Dubai.
Josef Kveton
Josef Kveton is a third-year pro searching for his first pro win and Olympia qualification. He ranked fourth at the 2025 FLEX Weekend Pro and fifth at the 2025 FIBO Pro Championships.
