Athletes to Watch

There is no clear favorite in this contest, but three athletes are likely to be in the mix during both rounds of judging.

Isabelle Nunes

Isabelle Nunes won the inaugural Wellness International in 2022 and enters as the 2024 Wellness Olympia champion. She seeks to be the first two-time Wellness International winner in the competition’s history.

Eduarda Bezerra

Eduarda Bezerra placed third at the 2024 Olympia, and many experts consider her a top star of the future. Bezerra has already qualified for the 2025 Olympia, but both Olympia champions also have Wellness International trophies to go with those Olympia wins. If she beats Nunes in Columbus, Bezerra could make herself an early favorite for the Olympia.

Elisa Alcantara

Elisa Alcantara placed fourth in the 2024 Olympia and needs a win to join Nunes and Bezerra on the 2025 stage. She won the 2024 Pittsburgh Pro and placed third in the 2023 Olympia. This will be her Arnold Classic debut.

Dark Horses

Nunes is not the only previous champion of this contest in the lineup. Kassandra Gillis won this title in 2023 and could make a run for the title in 2025. She is coming off an eighth-place finish at the 2024 Olympia. Other athletes likely to be in the first callout include Lisa Meiswinkel and Lili Dong, who were in the top 15 in Las Vegas.

How to Watch

Tickets to the Arnold Expo and the Friday night finals can be purchased on the Arnold Sports website. For fans who won’t be in Columbus, a free livestream will be available. Details had yet to be announced when this article was published.
