Convenient, But Best Used With Intention

Caffeine pouches can be practical for active, busy adults who already use caffeine and want a compact format. Their main benefits are portability, no added drink volume and easier timing.

Like any caffeine product, the value is not in using more. It is in using it at the right time, for the right reason, and without letting it replace the basics of healthy energy.
